Poppy was a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, only 1 1/2 years old who went missing on 9/29/22. She was the sweetest most gentle, loving dog you could ever imagine. Her family immediately became worried when they noticed she wasn’t in the yard because she never normally never left it. Poppy’s family which includes 3 children all searched & searched for her every day for almost a week. On 10/6/22 they were tipped off that Poppy was shot by the neighbor and tossed like garbage over the hill in his backyard. The police came and spoke to him, RON SEBECK of Wellsburg WV, admitted to shooting her with a high powered pellet gun. He admitted he had been drinking but stated he didn’t know where she was. This man heard their cries, saw them searching endlessly & never said a word. What kind of monster shoots a harmless 10 pound dog for no reason at all?!?? On 10/8/22 Poppy was found dead by her owners brother & 2 sons. These children will be forever traumatized. We must get justice for Poppy!!! Please sign this petition and share with as many people as you can. We need law enforcement and the court system to take this murder very seriously. A beloved family member was lost and can never be replaced, this senseless act of violence must be prosecuted to the fullest extent. | ||
