JetBlue - Negotiate in Good Faith and Honor Our Contract | ||

Dear Fellow IFCs, On December 13, 2021, JetBlue IFCs represented by the Transport Workers Union ratified our first Collective Bargaining Agreement with JetBlue. Since then Management has consistently stalled, made excuses, and violated our CBA. While the Union has made great progress in upholding the Contract through the Grievance Process, including thousands of dollars in monetary remedies, discipline reduced or eliminated, and jobs saved, the Grievance process can take time. When Management continues to violate the contract, IFCs continue to be denied their contractual rights until grievances are resolved. Most recently, when the Union made the Company aware of an approaching deadline for Qualified Roles, Management sent over a proposal to change the CBA to allow them to meet the deadline. The TWU responded with a counterproposal over a month ago that would provide pay raises for all IFCs, resolve other issues to improve the quality of work life, and help JetBlue be competitive to attract flight attendants in a historic labor shortage. Since then, JetBlue has not responded in good faith with a timely counterproposal. JetBlue agreed to our Contract and they have a responsibility to uphold their end of the bargain. It’s time to take action. Please sign this petition if you believe "Enough is Enough" and JetBlue needs to keep their promises. You can choose to display your name or not, but please state your reason why JetBlue should Honor our Contract and negotiate in good faith. TWU Local 579 - United We Stand!
