A few weeks ago, we announced the GreenFaith International Network and a day of action on March 11th called Sacred People, Sacred Earth. Since then, we’ve seen huge energy from grassroots religious communities across the world who are excited about the bold demands and want to take part. Already, over 500 people have signed up to organize events across the world!
That’s why on Monday, Dec 14th and Tuesday Dec 15th, we’ll be holding a training call to talk more about the day of action, the demands, and get you ready to organize an event in your community, in your religious or spiritual community or school. Join us here.
We will spend the call getting grounded in the need for the day of action and the demands, and then talk more about how to get started on your action planning. Like our launch calls, we will also ground ourselves in our interfaith community with prayer, song, and some great spiritual energy!
We will be having the call at 3 different times throughout the course of 24 hours in order to accommodate all the time zones across the world.
