The APD police officers that were fired for reenacting and photographing Elijah McClain’s death at the exact place of his murder, are trying to get their jobs back. On December 8, 2020, they will go in front of the civil service commission to appeal the decision of their arrest and ask to be reinstated. There is still an ongoing investigation into the Death of Elijah McClain. We are asking that these officers not be reinstated and that they be made accountable and charged for the death of Elijah McClain. | |||||||||||||||
