Dear Prayer Team Member,

I am praying for you as I write this, that God is filling you with the light of hope and faith and love--that you are so filled that God's light will spill over into those you meet--by phone, email, social media or greetings hollered across the street.

God is at work! He wants us to welcome His light into our lives and He wants to shine through us and bring that light to the world. We have an outstanding opportunity in the current health crisis to be the light to a dark world! Let's pray that God may shine through us!

John 3:19-21 (MSG)

This is the crisis we're in: God-light streamed into the world, but men and women everywhere ran for the darkness. They went for the darkness because they were not really interested in pleasing God. Everyone who makes a practice of doing evil, addicted to denial and illusion, hates God-light and won't come near it, fearing a painful exposure. But anyone working and living in truth and reality welcomes God-light so the work can be seen for the God-work it is.

Call to Prayer - Winter 2020

March 22-28, 2020

1. Pray that PPL will see the contrast between light and darkness, but not stop there. Instead, pray that we work and live so that God's light and truth will be evident in our love and in our lives.2. Pray for all those God is calling to the work of PPL and other pro-life ministries to welcome the "God-light so the work can be seen for the God-work that it is."
