IT’S BEEN NEARLY 7 MONTHS!! MALVERN PD MUST RELEASE THE BODY CAM FOOTAGE!! PLEASE, IF YOU ARE LOCAL, COME TO THE MALVERN BOROUGH COUNCIL MEETING @ 7:30 ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 20th. The meeting will take place at Borough Hall Second Floor, 1 E First Ave, Malvern, PA On May 19th of this year our world was shattered when my trans spouse Maddie Hofmann was shot and killed by police at home in Malvern during a mental health wellness check gone horribly wrong. Maddie was in crisis. No mental health professional or conflict resolution specialist came. No psychologist or de-escalation expert was employed. Just officers with guns. Maddie was dead within 57 seconds. Three kill shots. Two to the chest and one to the face. They closed the “investigation” in 2 weeks, and nearly 7 months later Malvern police still refuse to release the body camera footage to our family. #Justice4Maddie | ||||||||
