Legislation is greatly needed in the State of Michigan requiring dog owners to not keep their pets outdoors once the temperature is life threatening drops below 35 degrees, or exceeds 85 degrees. Currently, there is no protection for dogs left outside, and severe weather poses a fatal threat to these defenseless creatures. Please be the voice for these dogs! PLEASE contact your local representative and senator asking them to support a Bill for this issue, other states have already done this! Find your senator website: http://www.senate.michigan.gov/fysbyaddress.html This law was just passed in Pennsylvania https://outwardhound.com/buzzwoof/barking-news/laws-protecting-dogs-left-outside-in-the-cold | |||||||||||||||
