Faithful and Brave, Together

GreenFaith Logo

The world is emerging from COP26 with concern, fear, and anger about the failure of governments, corporations and financial institutions to address the climate emergency effectively and justly.

Learn how you can be part of a faith-rooted solution.

Within a 48-day stretch between March 19 and May 6, 2022, there are five major sacred days or seasons, an Equinox, and Earth Day.

Together, these days collectively attract billions of people of diverse faiths and spiritualities to worship, pray, listen to sermons, reflect, and commit to act on what matters most.

That’s why these 48 days are so important.

Rev., we know that climate change and the ongoing pandemic are creating an emotional toll that burdens the hearts, minds, and bodies of so many.

We’re launching our collective action on February 7, 2022, with the goal of creating a season of sacred observances in support of climate justice with people of faith and spirit around the world.

We have an opportunity right now as religious and spiritual people to rise up:

In support of climate justice.
Committed to compassion, love, and justice.
With a unified call for universal access to renewable energy, a just transition, green jobs, and an end to all new fossil fuel projects.

Join me on February 7, and let’s be faithful and brave together.

In solidarity,

rev. abby
