GreenFaith - Creating a world in which everyone can breathe, find joy, and be free

The struggle for racial and economic justice and the climate crisis are inextricably connected. You can read our message to the GreenFaith community here.
And we need to do more. During last week’s Faith Community Call for Care and Resilience, GreenFaith’s Malik Safir reminded us powerfully to do the hard work necessary to become the allies we need to be to end police brutality and structural racism.
For this week’s Faith Community Calls for Resilience on Thursday, June 11, we will continue to reflect on how we create a world in which everyone can breathe, find joy, and be free.
For this week’s spiritual reflection, we are welcoming Nana Firman. Nana is a passionate agent of change. She co-directs the Islamic Society of North America’s Green Mosque Initiative, and has been a long-time member of GreenFaith’s team. She is a native Indonesian currently living in California.
Please join the call that is most convenient for you. You can find your local time here.
This is the time to recommit every single day to being a force for love, justice, and compassion. We know that you feel the same.
In faith,
Rev. Fletcher Harper
