We believe this election is the most important one in our lifetimes, and one of the key crossroads in American history. We believe that our commitment to a multiracial democracy is on the ballot. Because of our biblical and gospel commitments and how they apply to these fundamental moral choices, we also believe that faith is on the ballot.
That is why we invite you to tune in to the Faith on the Ballot sermon series, featuring prominent voices at the intersection of faith and justice, with the final sermons released today at 6 p.m. EDT. An archive of previous sermons is available for viewing and sharing.
This evening at 6 p.m. EDT, Rev. Dr. Jim Forbes, Sr. Simone Campbell, and Sojourners President-Elect Rev. Adam Russell Taylor will share their thoughts about what is at stake for our faith and democracy in the 2020 election. We hope you will be encouraged and sustained by these short sermons as we head into election week.
Blessings,
Adam Russell Taylor, President-Elect and Jim Wallis, Founder
Sojourners
