The "I am Vanessa Guillen Bill’ would allow for current active serving military personal to report sexual harassment to third party agencies instead of their commanding officer, or their superiors. Vanessa Guillen and many other females and male members of the military have reported sexual harassment to their commanders, with no action having been taken. Often times their superiors are the ones who harass those under them. Unfortunately, Vanessa Guillen is one of 24 other soldiers from Fort Hood that have been found dead around the area. | ||||||||||||||||
