PDA has been in communication with the Presbyteries of Denver and Plains and Peaks in response to the wildfires that are currently impacting Colorado. PDA has shared information on resources to support the Presbytery, congregations and communities. PDA has approved one initial assistance grant and is anticipating a second. While at this time there are no reports of church damage, many congregations have members and staff that have evacuated and many congregations are providing direct support to evacuees. Please join with Presbyterian siblings across the denomination to pray for safety and a speedy end to the fires and support the recovery through making a donation to DR000165.
In this blog, we'll look at how men and women at serving Jesus Christ both at home and abroad. We'll focus on how God is using their work to transform the lives of people all over the world.
