Faiths 4 Climate Justice: people of faith, make your voices heard!

We’re launching Faiths 4 Climate Justice - a global multi-faith mobilization 2-9 October - to help defend our planet. But did you know that we’re having these mass mobilizations less than a month before this year's G20 Summit and COP27?

The G20 Summit is a meeting of the largest 20 economies in the world. Together, these countries represent two-thirds of the human population and 80% of all trade. They meet once a year to increase global economic and financial cooperation. COP27 is an annual conference bringing together governments, companies, and NGOs worldwide under the United Nations banner to discuss climate change.

Every human action that exacerbates climate change will be discussed at these events. They’re a chance for nations to show how serious they are about protecting our sacred planet. Faiths 4 Climate Justice is happening before both so people of faith can make their voices heard. Countries have a moral obligation to address the impacts of climate change. We know it, and we need to ensure everyone else does too!

Join us for our last kick-off call on 9 June to discuss how we can make the most of this coming moment. Hope to see you there.

Call #2: June 9 / 10
June 9 @ 5pm California
June 10 @ 10am Sydney
