Yesterday, GreenFaith US launched our Faiths for Climate Justice: Sun Day mobilization effort! Throughout the summer, culminating in actions this September 19-21, we will support a movement of thousands of people of faith and spirit from across the country to shine a light for climate justice. Our first launch call was a success, and we’d like to extend a spirit-felt thank you to all who showed up. If you couldn’t make it yesterday, there’s still time to join the movement and register for our second launch call, tomorrow, May 15th.
At a time when the current U.S. administration is intensifying fossil fuel expansion and dismantling environmental protections, faith leaders like you are needed more than ever to offer a moral and spiritual response to the climate crisis.
