Presbyterian Peace Fellowship - Thank You for Your Generosity

Pentecost Update: Thank you!!!

Earlier this month I shared with you the news that a small group of PPF supporters were offering a $1,500 matching-gift challenge to spur the broader PPF community to reach our Pentecost campaign goal of $12,000.

Today I am excited to say, “thank you! thank you! thank you!” to the PPF family for responding with such abundant generosity that we’ve surpassed the goal already. As of this week, we’ve raised more than $12,700 during this campaign.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

We’ll keep this campaign open through the end of this month, and share an update next month. Who knows? Maybe we’ll reach $15,000.

As I noted a couple of weeks ago, the Spirit has been moving powerfully in our midst through this season of Pentecost. When the wind of the Spirit blows, hearts stir. As I’ve heard it said and sung so often in PPF circles, where your treasure is, there your heart shall be. The Spirit is stirring our hearts, and we are casting our treasures where we want our hearts to be.

Thanks be to God. And thanks to you, too!
