Minneapolis Call to Action Update from the Social Action Commission

Our Minneapolis partners in faith have asked all clergy to participate in a digital action rooted in faithful witness.

The #EyesNotLies digital action calls on clergy — and all people — to watch the video of the killing of ICU nurse Alex Pretti by ICE in Minneapolis and record a short, direct-to-camera video describing only what they saw with their own eyes.

This action exists to combat misinformation and lies by creating a clear public record of what is visible.
