GreenFaith - Are you preaching for Earth Week?

GreenFaith Logo

Our energy should come from what gives life not what destroys it. The sun and the wind are sources of energy that, by and large, don’t bear nearly the same disastrous consequences for our fragile planet as the drilling, fracking, and burning of fossil fuels do.

We must choose Energy From Heaven – and renounce Energy From Hell.

As people of faith, we’re called to be the truthtellers and vision holders. That’s why we’re asking that for Earth Month, clergy of all traditions speak out on the importance of choosing life-giving, renewable energy sources like solar and wind.

For clergy/preachers of all kinds: Click here to check out our free resource for your Energy From Heaven sermon, Da’wah, drash, or dharma talk.

If you’re a layperson, please forward this email to your faith leader!

For everyone: whether you’re preaching, hosting a teach-in, action, or community event, make sure to sign up for the Earth Day (Week, Month) activities!

I look forward to seeing how you all celebrate Earth Day with your community’s unique creativity and wisdom. Together, we can receive power from above while creating justice on the ground.

In faith + hope,
