To Our More Light Presbyterians family,
While this Pride month may be coming to a close, we pray that you were able to encounter moments of great joy and release. We hope that you were able to live into the fullest and truest reflection of yourselves, and that you created space for others to safely do so as well. We pray that between festivals and parades, you were able to rest, for we know our work is far from over!
More Light Presbyterians' mission is that we journey together toward God's promised liberation and flourishing for all creation.
More Light Presbyterians will not stop. We will continue to work towards a more expansive, inclusive, and affirming world for all.
We share this prayer from our Co-Moderator, Elder Shani McIlwain, as a benediction and charge for the journey ahead. May you know the love and light you were created in, and may you move forward committed to spreading more light in this world.
