GreenFaith - A future worth fighting for

GreenFaith Logo

Right now, we are careening backward.

More fossil fuels. More pollution. More families struggling with rising costs while corporations rake in billions. Healthcare stripped away. Communities poisoned. Basic freedoms under attack.

Sometimes it feels like we are handing future generations a harsher, more fearful world.

A few weeks ago, River and I stood on Ocean Beach in San Francisco with nearly 700 people spelling out “Energy from Heaven” in the sand. Together, we called for a future powered by the sun and wind instead of greed and pollution. That future is possible.

Solar energy is now one of the cheapest sources of electricity in history. California recently ran on 100% clean electricity for part of the day on more than 150 days last year. Around the world, renewable energy is growing faster than anyone predicted just a decade ago.

The fossil fuel industry wants us to believe change is impossible.

It isn’t. Every person who organizes, gives, marches, votes, speaks out, or refuses to give up is helping build a safer and more loving future for our children.

This Mother’s Day, in honor of the mothers who fight for their children and Mother Earth herself, I invite you to make a gift to GreenFaith.

Your donation helps train faith leaders, organize communities, and build the moral movement we need. Please chip in what you can today.

For our children’s future,

Anna Wagner
