"Praying With Creation": A guided nature therapy walk for the Season of Creation
The Season of Creation, the annual ecumenical period of prayer and action for the natural world, begins today with the World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation. At EarthBeat, a new weekly series called "Praying With Creation" invites you during the Season of Creation to deepen you relationship with creation and pursue an ecological conversion championed by Pope Francis through the framework of a nature therapy walk. Led by trained forest therapy guide Christina Leaño, "Praying With Creation" each week will focus on a different spiritual practice within a nature therapy walk, all with the aim of deepening capacity to listen to the voice of creation and renew the relationship with God the creator and all of creation. Sign up for the EarthBeat Reflections e-newsletter to receive each "Praying With Creation" essay in your inbox throughout the 2024 Season of Creation.
