The second Trump administration is making one thing clear: climate destruction is their agenda.
From gutting environmental regulations to doubling down on fossil fuel subsidies, the government is giving polluters free rein while communities suffer from wildfires, floods, and toxic air pollution. They have created a vacuum of moral leadership on climate justice, and too many organizations are silent in the face of these injustices.
GreenFaith is not.
We are stepping into the void with prophetic defiance, leading faith communities to demand an end to fossil fuel handouts and fight for a livable future. Our letter to the administration calling for an end to fossil fuel subsidies and fossil gas expansion—signed by faith leaders across the country—calls on the government to stop funneling $20 billion in taxpayer dollars to oil and gas corporations that are poisoning our planet.
But we know a letter is not enough. We are taking bold action—in the streets, in the halls of power, and in houses of worship across the country—to say NO to climate destruction and YES to a future rooted in justice and sustainability.
This Earth Day, we need you to join us.
Donate today to fuel faith-led climate resistance.
In the face of despair, we offer sacred hope. In the face of injustice, we take moral action. And in the face of silence, we raise our voices.
This Earth Day, make a statement: Faith rises against fossil fuel greed. Hope stands against destruction. We stand together.
In faith and action,
Rev. Fletcher Harper
Executive Director, Green Faith
